Sure thing, let’s get into it.

So, here we go — 22 years in and the big guys at Sumo Group are saying their goodbyes. Kind of wild, right? Carl Cavers, Paul Porter, and Darren Mills have decided it’s time to scoot out. Cavers was the CEO, Porter the COO, and Mills, well, he was the guy who made sure everything else fit together.
Now, in their place, Andy Stewart — who’s been doing the money stuff, CFO, I guess — and Gary Dunn are stepping up. Yeah, they’re sharing the CEO gig. Not sure how that’ll work, but whatever floats their boat, I guess. Also, Tim Repa-Davies — this legal whiz, apparently — is now on the board. So there’s that.
Cavers had some nostalgia vibes, saying it’s tough to walk away after building something for two decades. But hey, he thinks it’s the right time. There’s some sense in that, I suppose? Maybe.
He’s stoked about what they’ve accomplished, hinting that Sumo’s gonna do well with new faces. Or at least he hopes so. Stewart chimed in too, talking about some “natural evolution” — whatever that really means. They’re all about staying true, building a “strong foundation,” and looking to the future. Typical business farewell speech, but you gotta give ’em credit for sounding hopeful or… something.
Anyway, that’s the scoop. Change is happening, feelings are felt, and Sumo’s moving on. Let’s see where this takes them.
